We process all orders within 2 business days.  Orders placed on Victorian public holidays are processed within the following 2 business days.  Please note this timeframe may increase to 3 business days during peak times such as  pre-Christmas or after public holidays.

Tracking is provided on all orders.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is complete.

Order Collection

during office hours by appointment only

Our office is in the Clik Collective building at 15 Cochranes Rd Moorabbin, Victoria, 3189.  We are approximately 16 km south of Melbourne just down the road from Southland

We are happy for you to save postage time or money and collect your order directly from us.

Take the hassle out of filling your baby bean bag and get us to do it for you for an additional $30, then pick it up at a day & time that suits.

You can place your order online or Contact Us and arrange it directly with us.

To order online follow these steps:

  1. select Pick Up in the Shipping section
  2. Call/text/email us to arrange day/time for collection of your order

Or drop us a line to place your order. We can take payment over the phone, or cash on pick up.

Shipping

We post all orders with Australia Post therefore delivery is subject to their delivery time frames.

All orders containing pre-order or backorder items will shipped once all items are in stock.

NOTE: your from postcode is 3189

If your order is not in the Australia Post network for Next Day Delivery, they will use the fastest possible transport links to get your order to you. This option will still be faster than regular post.

Australia Post cannot guarantee fastest possible delivery times (ie Next Day Delivery) to locations outside the Express Post Network, or to remote locations which includes addresses in Western Australia.

If your address falls into this category, and you select Express Post your order will be sent via Priority Shipping, but it will not arrive next day.

Please ensure you enter the delivery address accurately as a resend fee for undeliverable items returned to us is $20.  This is to cover the costs that Australia Post incur for a ‘Return to Sender’ parcel as well as the cost to post it a second time.

Returns

If your order is not as described or expected please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason (other that it being faulty) please contact to arrange it’s return within 30 days and we will apply a refund.  You are required to pay for the return postage and the item must be unused, in original packaging with all it’s tags.  

We will replace or refund if your item has a manufacturer fault. If your item has a missing or faulty part we will first attempt to replace or repair the part.  If we are unable to source a replacement part or repair the fault we will arrange for a return and replacement of your item.

Please note we must first receive your returned faulty or damaged item so that we can inspect it and determine what the problem is and then offer a replacement or refund if need be.
In some cases we are happy to receive a photo of the fault instead of requiring a return of the faulty item.

Refunds can only be applied to the card or account from which the order was paid for.
