Description

The BodyICE Woman® Breast Packs offer cooling comfort when frozen, providing soothing relief for cracked nipples, engorgement, mastitis, and post-surgery incisions. When heated, they assist the 'let-down' reflex and facilitate milk flow, making them beneficial for addressing blocked milk ducts.

Each BodyICE Woman® Breast Pack includes:

2 gel bead breast packs suitable for hot or cold use
2 washable breast sleeves

Instructions for Use:

Heat or cool the BodyICE Woman® range as per the following instructions.

Cold Therapy: Place in freezer without disposable sleeves for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved. Once your ice pack begins losing temperature, repeat this process until the desired level of cooling is achieved.

Heat Therapy: Submerge in hot water without disposable sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5-second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Always test temperature before application.

•700 Watt Microwave: 20 seconds

•1000 Watt Microwave: 15 seconds

•1200 Watt Microwave: 10 seconds

Wash with warm soapy water.

How to Wear BodyICE Breast Pads

Slip on the protective, washable sleeves provided and place directly on breasts inside bra. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until the skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.

What are BodyICE Breast Pads made of?

BodyICE gel inserts are made from non-toxic gel beads and are TGA certified which means you don't need to fill your breast pads with ice or warm water in order to use them. Our outer sleeves are also disposable and hygienic.
